WhaMedia is a successful and steadily growing company from Vilnius. With a dozen of e-commerce platforms and 10-fold as many products within tech and beauty industry, the team of 14 people controls the whole sales funnel and successfully reaches and serves thousands of customers within the US & EU.
At the moment our international team is looking for an experienced Human Resources and Accounting Coordinator to join the force.
The Human Resources and Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting Human Resource services, primarily in administration, recruiting, new employee onboarding and a variety of general administrative tasks. The role maintains also basic knowledge of accounting & finance.
You will be able to create your work processes as you see fit, as you will manage separate projects and will, with minor assist, be on your own.
As a relatively small team, we need people who can take on several roles simultaneously, depending on the current demands, therefore this position is a mix and match of accounting assistant (which has more to do with coordinating and filling out documents, than actual calculations) and HR (both in terms of hiring new people as well as taking care of current team).
At certain degree these two positions coexist simultaneously, with one or another taking up bigger part of your day depending on if we are hiring new people at the moment etc. Our inner team culture is that we don’t rely on labels, so no task is out of your job description, as there simply is no strict job description per se.
